I am Connie, the creator of The Forest Children.

The Forest Children are not just simply sculptures, they are beings that are living amongst us. They are Pixies, Faeries, Merfolk and Creatures that feel as if they might get up and start moving around when you’re looking the other way.

Each one comes from the forests that surround us, the places where nature is alive with unseen presences and where beauty and unease often walk hand in hand.

These beings do not come from borrowed tales or familiar imaginations. They belong to a world that has slowly taken shape through my own imagination, shaped by a lifelong connection to forests, folklore, myth and the feeling that something is always watching from the trees.
